Wellness Q&A

Q: If people could see your aura, what would it look like?

A: My aura is forever shifting with my self-states, but in a general sense, I think it’s a glowing earthy orange that swirls around and within me like the sun’s surface. It has flares of turquoise, royal blue, violet, and yellow.

Q:How do you practice radical self love?

A: I am an artist in every aspect of my life. Making art that is true to myself gives me the authority to have freedom of expression, as well as do whatever it is that is going to help me be my happiest self. Self portraiture is significantly helpful in this life cycle of self love.

Q: What kind of plant are you?

A: Aesthetically, a sunflower. Practically, a soybean plant.

Q:What is one part of your routine that you can’t live without?

A: I must drink 1-2 gallons of water everyday...

Q:How do you cope when you’re feeling anxious?

A: This is kind of embarrassing, but I literally need to start running/sprinting/jogging in place/jumping rapidly up and down to blow off my adrenaline caused by anxiety.

Q: What is your wellness mantra?

A: “I am happy, healthy, and successful. I am divinely protected and well respected. I am entirely capable of anything, and I deserve to excel in what I’m passionate about.”
