In this live session, you'll be led through gentle mindfulness exercises focused on grounding the body and calming the mind. Whether you’re facing anxiety, uncertainty, or stress, this practice is here to remind you of the power in your breath and the support within you. Learn techniques that can help you during Pride Month and beyond. 💻 Please note: This livestream event takes place in the FOLX Community Platform, where you can watch or listen from your phone or computer, similar to a Zoom event. Attendees will not appear on camera, but will be able to chat live to get support and ask questions.
