You can send a message to your clinician anytime and they will respond within a couple of days. Depending on your question, other members of your care team may step in to help with your inquiry.

Connect with other folks on a similar journey in our support groups and attend as many as you want to. They are always available to you in the FOLX Community Platform. These are live video events where you can listen and share. For folks who don’t want to appear on camera or can’t attend a video event, we also have ongoing discussion groups and chat-based support as well.

As part of your FOLX membership, our Member team can refer you to a specialist or in-person provider in your area, depending on the care you need. We have a national network of surgeons, therapists, fertility clinics, and any type of clinician you might need or want to see in person.

Our Member team can refer you to all kinds of specialists or in-person care from our national network of providers, but they can also refer you to other services such as legal services, sperm freezing, voice coaching, hair removal services, local LGBTQ centers and groups, and more.

Our Member team can help you navigate the ins and outs of insurance, including prior authorizations for your care, superbills and receipts for therapy or other care, and more.
7. You have access to guides, resources, and recorded events. 👀
Through our FOLX Community Platform, there are lots of resources to discover such as guides on getting started with HRT, injections, how to get better sleep, thriving on anxiety, how to set health goals, coming out to your family, and much more. Labs (blood tests or other testing) only need to be done generally 1-2 times per year (as part of an annual wellness visit or for gender-affirming hormone therapy), and they can be expensive when paying out-of-pocket. We have negotiated special lab rates so our members only pay $29-$47 for basic lab work.
