Members have the option to pay FOLX directly (out of pocket) for their lab fees. If you have insurance, and would prefer to use it to pay, you can do so when you arrive at the testing facility to get your labs performed.
If you do not go to a Quest facility to perform your labs, you will need to provide payment in person (either out of pocket or insurance) when you arrive to perform your labs. FOLX will not have any control over the prices at other facilities.
