As soon as you join, you can access our amazing care team and a national referral network. You can also then schedule visits with a clinician. Most of our members are able to get an appointment within the next few days. FOLX offers primary care, gender-affirming care, mental health care, and sexual and reproductive health care. With FOLX, you'll have access to care, support, and community for every phase of your life, on your own terms.
FOLX is currently offering virtual medication management for anxiety, depression, and insomnia to members in all fifty states.
We currently offer individual therapy in California, Colorado, and Florida. We’ll be expanding across the US soon, so sign up for our newsletter and be the first to know when we launch in your state!
For FOLX members outside of those states looking for therapy, we can help you find an inclusive mental health provider via our referral network. Please submit a request and one of our Member Navigators will be happy to work with you.
A superbill is a document that provides an itemized list of the services you received from FOLX, along with the fees you have paid for those services. A superbill can be submitted to your insurance provider, FSA, or HSA for reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage. This can help you get reimbursed for some or all of your out-of-pocket payment.
