When you link your FOLX membership with at least one other person, everyone in your family group gets 20% off their own FOLX membership.

The people you love probably don’t all need the same healthcare.
One person might come to FOLX for gender-affirming hormones. Someone else might need a primary care provider, menopause support, therapy, sexual health care, low testosterone care, metabolic health, or something else.
Depending on where you live and your individual needs, FOLX offers care including:
- Primary care
- Gender-affirming care
- Mental health care, including individual and relationship therapy in available states
- Sexual and reproductive health, including STI care, birth control, PrEP, and more
- Menopause care
- Low testosterone care
- Metabolic health care

Family Membership makes it easier for more of your people to get care through FOLX—and save while doing it.
And yes, “family” means your family
We’re FOLX. We know family doesn’t require matching last names or a marriage certificate.
Your family might be your spouse. Your partner—or partners. Your sibling. Your parent. Your chosen family. Your best friend. The person you’ve built your life alongside.
You tell us who your family is.
We don’t ask you to prove the relationship. If they’re family to you, that’s enough for us.
You can link up to five people through FOLX Family Membership. If your family is bigger than that, reach out to the FOLX team.
How the Family Membership discount works
Once at least two people have active* FOLX memberships, you can link your accounts and each person receives 20% off their own membership fee.
The discount stays in place as long as at least two people in your family group remain active FOLX members.
*Note: active means you have an account and your account is all paid up with no outstanding bills

How do I get the family discount?
First, everyone you want to include needs an active FOLX account. Then complete the FOLX Family Membership form with the people you want to link.
We’ll typically apply the 20% discount to eligible memberships within two business days.
How much do we save?
Each person in your linked family receives 20% off their own FOLX membership fee.
Adding more family members doesn’t increase the percentage—20% is the maximum discount for each person.
Who can I include?
Whoever you consider family.
That can include partners, spouses, siblings, parents, chosen family, close friends, or other people who play a family role in your life. We don’t require proof of your relationship.
How many people can I add?
You can link up to five people through the standard Family Membership program. Have a bigger family? Contact the FOLX team and we’ll help.
What if someone I want to add isn’t a FOLX member yet?
They’ll need to create a FOLX account and activate a membership first. Once they’re active, you can submit the Family Membership form to link your accounts!
What happens if someone cancels?
As long as at least two people in your linked family remain active FOLX members, the family discount continues. If everyone in your family group excpet you cancels, you'll lose the discount.
