Anxiety can present in many different ways. We can help you with generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and post traumatic stress disorder.

Depression can also present in different ways. Get support for major depressive disorder, seasonal affective disorder, postpartum depression, premenstrual dysphoric disorder.
Gender
Our approach to gender dysphoria is centered around the needs and preferences of each individual. Where individuals can explore and affirm their gender identity without fear of judgment or discrimination.
Sleep
Our providers can help you address insomnia by identifying underlying factors, so you can achieve a healthy sleep pattern and get some rest.
LGBTQ+
We understand that coming out, discovering one's identity, or facing family rejection can be incredibly difficult. Our affirming providers are ready to help.

As soon as you join, you can access our concierge care team and a national referral network. You can also then schedule visits with a clinician. Plus, you'll gain access to our FOLX Community Platform and peer-led support groups, as well as discounted expert-led support groups and letter writing services (for name changes), and more.
Most of our members are able to get an appointment within the next few days. FOLX offers primary and preventative care, care for everyday ailments, mental health care, and sexual and reproductive health care. With FOLX, you'll have access to care, support, and community for every phase of your life, on your own terms.
FOLX is currently offering virtual medication management for members in Colorado, Connecticut, DC, Florida, Maryland, and New York. We also offer therapy in Colorado and Florida. A superbill is a document that provides an itemized list of the services you received from FOLX, along with the fees you have paid for those services.A superbill can be submitted to your insurance provider, FSA, or HSA for reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage. This can help you get reimbursed for some or all of your out-of-pocket payment.
