Covered by your plan

All full-time employees and their dependents (spouses, domestic partners, and tax dependent children between the ages of 18-26) are eligible for non-clinical services.

FOLX is currently working to be an in-network provider with Anthem. In the meantime, GLAAD members on an Anthem plan can utilize FOLX’s cash pay rates for clinical services and use FSA or HRA funds to reimburse these costs. See below in the FAQs for more details on your HRA and FSA.More updates to come when this changes!

Want to use FSA or HSA funds to pay for FOLX's clinical services?

GLAAD provides an HRA to all staff enrolled in any of the Anthem plans. For single enrollment, it is $2000, and enrollment with dependents, is $4000. This can be used for medical, dental and vision, including out-of-network costs.GLAAD also contributes $500 to the FSA, if you elect to contribute to the plan as well. Both funds are available through the Zenefits card and you can check your balance or submit a claim on the Zenefits platform through TriNet.
