Covered by your plan

All employees and their dependents (spouses, domestic partners, and tax dependent children between the ages of 18-26) are eligible for FOLX's non-clinical services at no cost. Employees and their dependents who are enrolled in one of NEDS’ BCBSMA medical plans are eligible for clinical services through BCBSMA once in-network.

All other employees and their dependents can access clinical services at FOLX’s cash pay rates or through their own medical plan if available.FOLX is in the final stages of becoming an in-network provider with BCBSMA. The current target is to be live for members in FL, MA, NH, TN, TX, and VA on March 1st with members in CT, GA, IN, LA, ME, MI, NE, NV, RI, and SC following in Q2. Updated communications will follow as soon as those services are available. If you wish to access FOLX's clinical services prior to these dates, you may utilize FOLX's cash pay rates and use FSA/HSA funds to pay for services.
