As a Clinical RN, your role is to support the clinical team of MDs, NPs, and PAs in providing excellent member care through providing direct education, counseling, and clinical care to members. This is a salaried position requiring flexible scheduling including Saturday + Sunday and 3 weekdays based on clinic needs. Key responsibilities include providing clinical care and education asynchronously to members, assisting clinicians with prescriptions and lab orders, collaborating on lab results and medical requests, working with member support on clinical forms, supporting referrals, participating in Quality Assurance activities, and providing injection training. Requirements include clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community, active RN license (preferably NLC compact states), excellent communication skills, dedication to FOLX mission and Informed Consent model, and demonstrated experience working with diverse groups.
