Your safe space isn't somewhere you have to find — it's somewhere you have to remember. In this therapist-led self-hypnosis session, we'll explore how to access a deep sense of calm and safety from within, using your own mind as a tool for grounding and restoration.
We'll cover the basics of self-hypnosis, how to create and return to your inner safe space, and how to carry that sense of security with you beyond the session.
