As a FOLX Clinician, you will be providing clinical care to members through telehealth platform including synchronous video visits and asynchronous messaging, lab review, referral and medication management. Services include primary care, gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, and mental/behavioral health. Requirements include active state NP or PA license in MA, national certification, active Federal DEA license, Master's degree from accredited program, and clinical experience serving the LGBTQAI+ community.
