As a FOLX Clinician, you will be providing clinical care to our members (patients) through our telehealth platform–both through synchronous video visits and asynchronous messaging, lab review, referral and medication management between visits. The type of services FOLX offers are focused on the clinical needs of the LGBTQAI+ community and are inclusive of: Primary care, Gender affirming hormone therapy, Sexual and reproductive health, Mental/behavioral health. You will be responsible for evaluating and managing patients as per the FOLX medical protocols. Active state NP or PA license in MA required. Hourly rate: $75/hour.
