As a FOLX Clinician, you will be providing clinical care to members through telehealth platform including synchronous video visits and asynchronous messaging, lab review, referral and medication management. Services focus on LGBTQAI+ community needs including primary care, gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, and mental/behavioral health. Hourly rate: $75/hour. Requires active MA state NP or PA license, national certification, active Federal DEA license, and Master's degree from accredited program.
