As a FOLX Clinician, you will be providing clinical care to members through telehealth platform including synchronous video visits and asynchronous messaging, lab review, referral and medication management. Services focus on LGBTQAI+ community needs including primary care, gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, and mental/behavioral health. Location: Remote, US. Department: Clinical. Hourly Rate: $75/hour. Requirements include active MA NP or PA license (multiple state licenses preferred), national certification, active Federal DEA license, Master's degree from accredited program, clinical experience serving LGBTQAI+ community, dedication to FOLX mission and Informed Consent Model, organizational skills for remote work, and self-motivation.
