As a FOLX Clinician, you will provide clinical care through telehealth platform including synchronous video visits and asynchronous messaging, lab review, referral and medication management. Services include primary care, gender affirming hormone therapy, sexual and reproductive health, mental/behavioral health. Requires active MA NP or PA license, national certification, active Federal DEA license, Master's degree from accredited program. Hourly rate: $75/hour.
