As a FOLX clinician, you will be joining a team of LGBTQAI expert clinicians who are passionately devoted to providing evidence-based and exceptional care to our community. You will be seeing members through a telehealth platform providing gender affirming hormone therapy, primary care, sexual and reproductive care, fertility and family building, and mental health care. Hourly rate: $75/hour. Requires Master's degree, national certification, multiple active state licenses, and active Federal DEA license.
