As a FOLX clinician, you will be joining a team of LGBTQAI expert clinicians who are passionately devoted to providing evidence-based and exceptional care to our community. You will be seeing members through a telehealth platform providing gender affirming hormone therapy, primary care, sexual and reproductive care, fertility and family building, and mental health care. Requires Master's degree from NP or PA program, national certification, multiple active state licenses, active Federal DEA license. Hourly rate: $75/hour.
