Staying Grounded When Everything Feels Overwhelming
When life feels overwhelming, it can be difficult to stay grounded and regulated. In this session, we will explore ways to calm and regulate the central nervous system, recognizing that while we cannot always change stressful situations, we can learn skills to better manage activation and how we respond to it.
Please bring a small food item to the session, as we will be participating in a mindfulness-based experiential activity.
