Pride has always been more than a party. It’s how we find each other. How we keep each other safe. How we remember that joy is not a distraction from survival — it’s part of the strategy. This June, join FOLX Health for Pride Camp: a month-long virtual experience designed to help LGBTQIA+ people care for ourselves and each other in a world that asks too much of us. Expect therapist-led sessions, practical tools, community conversations, creative workshops, movement, connection, and a little bit of camp magic. There’s a spot for you by the virtual fire.
When the world is loud, your body needs somewhere safe to land. Join FOLX therapists and community leaders for sessions on nervous system regulation, burnout, boundaries, and building a care plan you can actually use when things feel hard.
You’ll walk away with: tools to calm your body, name what you need, and move through Pride month with more steadiness.
Survival is easier in community. This week is about connection: support groups, affinity spaces, creative gatherings, and conversations that remind us we were never meant to do this alone.
You’ll walk away with: language, support, and a stronger sense of who is in your corner.
Joy is not frivolous. Joy is fuel. Through creative workshops, movement, storytelling, and conversations with LGBTQIA+ leaders, we’ll explore how pleasure, play, art, humor, and celebration help us keep going.
You’ll walk away with: permission to seek joy without apology — and practices for making it part of your resistance.
Care is personal. It’s also political. We’ll close Pride Camp with sessions on advocacy, workplace support, healthcare navigation, community safety, and turning fear or rage into meaningful action.
You’ll walk away with: next steps for caring for yourself, showing up for others, and staying connected beyond Pride month.
Pride Camp is serving events for all—members, non-members, and even some IRL magic. Full events calendar dropping soon!
