Our clinicians can see you for anything a primary care provider would see you for. This includes general wellness visits, illness visits, gender-affirming hormone therapy, mental health conditions like anxiety and depression, management of chronic conditions, and sexual and reproductive health care. We also offer talk therapy in select states.

If there’s anything we can’t treat you for via telehealth we can refer you to a specialist in your area from our extensive network.

As part of a FOLX membership, you have access to FOLX clinicians who can provide treatment for anxiety, depression, and insomnia. You also get an entire community of support through our FOLX Community Platform which includes support groups, live chat, resources, guides, and more, along with support from your member navigation team who can answer any questions you have and get you any referrals you need.

Yes! We offer gender-affirming surgery letters from a mental health professional in the states where we offer therapy. If you live in one of those states, you can schedule a visit with one of our therapists. If you do not live in one of the states listed here, you can send a message in the Message Center for a referral to an affirming provider.

Please note: a therapist's role in letter writing is to evaluate and attest to documenting a member's eligibility and readiness for medical treatment. Because each person is unique, one of our therapists may need to meet with you more than one time to gather enough information to make this assessment. Your therapist will communicate this with you directly.
