You’ve been holding it together for everyone else - and now it’s your turn. I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, gender identity, and the ache of trying to stay “functional” when your insides are screaming. I proudly serve the LGBTQ+ community, including gender-affirming care and letters for surgery. Many of my clients are queer, sensitive, justice-minded folks seeking a space to be fully seen and supported. If that’s you, you’re not alone—and you’re not broken.I’m a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Board Certified TeleMental Health provider, and WPATH member. I work online with clients in ME, NC, SC, FL, VT, RI & WA. My approach blends ACT, CBT, and trauma-informed care drawing from parts work, nervous system-informed practices, and real human connection - not just symptom checklists.Therapy doesn’t have to feel clinical or cold. My style is warm, honest, sometimes irreverent, and always nonjudgmental. I’ll meet you where you are—with compassion, curiosity, and zero pretense. If you’re ready to stop shrinking and start healing, let’s connect.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and community healer with five years of psychotherapy experience, and over ten years of mental health service experience. My clinical work has focused primarily on the provision of culturally affirming, evidence-based care to gender and sexual minorities (i.e. TGNB, LGBTQ+, poly/CNM, and kink), racially marginalized, chronically ill, and neuro-diverse communities. I work from an holistically-empowering, anti-oppressive perspective - weaving together elements of cognitive-behavioral (CBT/DBT), somatic, and mindfulness-based modalities. My specialties include anxiety; obsessive-compulsive disorders; trauma (especially developmental and trans-generational); TGNB issues; familial discord and loss; relational health; and ecological grief. As an experienced DBT therapist, I am comfortable engaging with past and present struggles with suicidality and self-harm. Outside of work, I am an avid nature enthusiast and have the honor of raising my two ‘tween-aged children and our mischief of murine friends.
I combine my Sociology and Social Work backgrounds to create a safe, affirming, and empowering therapeutic space. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, and I strive to provide therapy that honors your unique story and needs. I’m goal focused and client centered; and enjoys taking aspects of different modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Health (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to create a unique and individualized therapeutic space. Together, you will work to process past traumas, navigate present challenges, and carve out a path toward the life you want.
I’m a neurodivergent queer trans non-binary therapist who goes to therapy myself. My style is empathetic, nonjudgmental, and member-centered. My approach is trauma-informed, intersectional, and collaborative. You are the expert in your own experience and I’d like to work with you to understand your past and present, and to bolster the skills and strengths that you already have. I’ve been providing individual therapy to LGBTQ+ young adults and adults for over 5 years. I strive to walk alongside you in your mental health journey and we may stumble but we can repair. When I’m not working, you can find me swimming or reading sci-fi, the more complex and nuanced the world-building, the better.

As part of a FOLX membership, you have access to FOLX clinicians who can provide treatment for anxiety, depression, and insomnia. You also get an entire community of support through our FOLX Community Platform which includes support groups, live chat, resources, guides, and more, along with support from your member navigation team who can answer any questions you have and get you any referrals you need.
Yes! If you have in-network insurance with us, you can use your insurance to help cover the cost of therapy.
We can also provide a superbill for you. A superbill is a document that provides an itemized list of the services you received from FOLX, along with the fees you have paid for those services. A superbill can be submitted to your insurance provider, FSA, or HSA for reimbursement if you have out-of-network coverage. This can help you get reimbursed for some or all of your out-of-pocket payment.
