January 6, 2024 Update:
Right now, nothing has changed with our ability to deliver care in Ohio. But on Friday, Governor DeWine announced a new set of proposed restrictions that would severely limit trans care for adults (and youth). These are draft rules that require at least a 60 day review by the Ohio Department of Health and a public comment period. We've seen states propose such draconian rules before only to be swiftly sued, and judges have largely struck them down. Currently your care is not impacted, and we are open for new members in Ohio. We are closely monitoring legal updates and will inform you if and when there is additional information that impacts your care.
