What does the FOLX membership actually include?
Straight answer: membership isn't your testosterone. The $43.99/month is your clinical home — automatic refills, messaging your care team anytime, the community platform, support groups, referrals, and care navigation. Visits, labs, and meds are separate. No per-message charges, no copay surprises.
How much are clinician visits?
First visit is $159 (or your copay if we're in-network); follow-ups are $79 (or your copay). Most members on T see their clinician once or twice a year.
How much do labs cost?
Standard testosterone GAHT labs are $29, done one to two times a year — so roughly $29–$58/year.
How much does testosterone medication cost?
Depends on your route. Through the FOLX pharmacy (shipped to your door, injection supplies included), every 90 days:
- Injections (testosterone cypionate): $94 — includes needles and syringes
- Gel: $92–$215
Going through your own pharmacy with GoodRx: injectable T can run $15–$80 a vial and gel $46–$161, depending on dose. Note that if you buy meds outside FOLX, you'll pay separately for injection supplies (often covered by insurance as durable medical equipment).
Can I use insurance for testosterone HRT?
